Our beautiful Grade II listed brick barns rest at the heart of a working arable farm in the Parish of Baston. For over three generations this has been home to the Richardson family who have owned and nurtured the land since 1904. Full of heritage and character, Thetford Farm Barn provides an intimate and inspiring setting for your unfogettable wedding day.

Over the years our barns have had some amazing stories to tell and we can’t wait for you to add your chapter. Thetford Farm Barn has been years in the planning and we are so proud with the end result; a beautiful venue that is built with love and passion.
The Ceremony Hall
Our traditional brick-built granary barn has a wealth of historical and architectural details, creating a venue that is truly special. The dramatic double-height ceiling with original beams creates an amazing open space with wonderful natural light. Capable of accommodating 180+ guests, it’s the height of elegance.
The Dining Room
The Dining Room, fondly known as The Piggery in honour of its past life, is an impressive stage for your reception. The floor to ceiling windows accentuate the space with natural light, highlighting the eclosed courtyard and wildflower meadow.
The neutral colour scheme and natural beauty of this glorious barn will provide the perfect backdrop for your day. Alternatively, let your imagination run wild and decorate to reflect your own individual style and personality.

The Dressing Room & The Hayloft
With two distinctive and perfectly appointed preparation spaces, The Dressing Room, and The Hayloft, you can take your time preparing for the big day. Set at opposite ends of The Barn these are the perfect places to spend time in eager anticipation, paying close attention to those last-minute details.
