Why we love Adam and the team

Based in Lincoln since 2010, Black Peppermint are a well-established company that cater for up to 9 weddings a day in high season. A large team for whom scale is not a problem, Black Peppermint have raised the bar and pushed the boundaries of what can be achieved in some of the most challenging environments. Always performing faultlessly to cook and serving fantastic food.

The team has significant experience with catering at all sorts of venues including a marquee in a field to delivering from an existing kitchen.

Team

Owner and founder Adam Wesley, has previous experience working in Michelin starred restaurants but wanted the freedom to set up on his own. Adam has worked at the iconic Gleneagles Hotel and also for Simon Rogan at L’Enclume in Cumbria.

Jacob Morris is the Food and Beverage Operations Director and Rich Hines is the General Manager.

Why we love Millie and the team

Dimblebee Catering are a well established Leicestershire based company with a great reputation.

Dimblebee Catering have experience in a breadth of sectors including weddings, royalty, corporate customers and large parties, often with 400+ guests. Unlike traditional corporate or fine dining caterers, nothing is set in stone at Dimblebee. You can craft your own menus that are often classic by taste but with a modern twist. BBQ sharing boards, bowl food and canapes are all a delight in both flavour an colour! We love how carefully they manage their clients’ wishes with an approachable hands on style.

They have a strong management team with Millie Trifunovic, the owner working closely with her sister Ilijana and a team of professional Event Managers. James Barber is the Executive Chef and he takes inspiration from working events around the globe. Within the entire team, from your

B&R Dining are a wedding & events caterer, bringing creativity, experience and a warm generous hospitality to their events. Guests will be wowed by the beautiful presentation, all served in a relaxed professional manner by their own wonderful staff.

Why we love Peter and Denise

The team of two, Peter McAleese as chef and Denise front of house, have been based in March, Cambridgeshire since 2017. They are easy to work with and have a lovely sociable way.  B & R Dining are a small company, with a very personal approach entirely tailored to the client. Peter and Denise take pride in exploring different ideas to ensure the client’s personalities and dreams are reflected in the menu, timings and the styling of the day.

Team

Jacob is the Events Manager who is a bundle of happiness and helpfulness. Jacob is always confident and makes couples feel at ease.

Simon Pollendine 

Why we have chosen to work with Simon 

Simon is a very experienced chef and works in the local area. Simon has developed close relationships with the best suppliers. He specialises in more intimate weddings, ideally catering for 80-100 guests.

When working with Simon, he will help you to curate a bespoke menu and cook at your event himself. Priding himself on a personal service that ensures he understands your ideas fully and bringing them to life on your big day.

Team

Simon has a regular team of chefs and a front of house team that he works with for all his events.
